- Be a MORE Library cardholder without restrictions.
- Be 18 years or older or accompanied by a parent/legal guardian at time of checkout.

Patrons are responsible for all materials and equipment checked out on their library card. All items will be assessed for cleanliness, completeness and damage upon their return. Patrons may be subject to cleaning, repair or replacement costs.
The Altoona Public Library has no control over what may have come in contact with Library of Things equipment. We recommend that you not borrow any food related items from us for your safety and that of your family if anyone has food allergies.
