Join members of the Waldemar Ager Association for a demonstration of how to prepare two traditional Norwegian foods: krumkake and flatbread. Krumkake is a cone-shaped waffle cookie made of flour, butter, eggs, sugar, and cream that is often made in preparation for Christmas. Flatbread is a thin, crispy, cracker-like bread typically served with a layer of butter and also enjoyed around the holidays.

Who: Anyone interested in learning about how to prepare this Norwegian holiday food. This event is open to the public. Participation is limited to 30 on a first-come basis.
