Lefse is a traditional soft Norwegian flatbread made with riced potatoes, can include all purpose (wheat) flour, and includes butter, and milk, cream, or lard. This event is open to the public. Participation is limited to 30 on a first-come basis. Sign-up to attend by calling the Altoona library at 715-839-5029 or add your name to the roster at the front desk.
