Join members of the Waldemar Ager Association for a demonstration of how to prepare two traditional Norwegian foods: krumkake and lefse. Krumkake is a cone-shaped waffle cookie made of flour, butter, eggs, sugar, and cream that is often made in preparation for Christmas. Lefse is a traditional soft Norwegian flatbread made with riced potatoes, can include all purpose (wheat) flour, and includes butter, and milk, cream, or lard.
